Refund policy

At Revitalight, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ve made our returns process simple, fair, and transparent.

Refunds & Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed, or are not in a resellable condition, unless faulty.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@revitalight.co.uk with your order number to request a return, provide any relevant details such as order number, reason for return and and video/images if necessary (for faulty items).
  2. We will provide you an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA number), ensure this along with your order number is attached to the return. 
  3. Carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Send the parcel to the following address using a tracked service (we cannot be responsible for lost or untracked returns):

Refunds

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days of arriving to the warehouse.

  • The exact time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Most banks will return the money back within 3-5 working days, however some providers may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card or bank — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your credit card or bank, as processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@revitalight.co.uk.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is processed. A full refund will be issued.

  • If the order has already been processed, our 30-day returns policy will apply.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order for the one you want and return the original item you don’t need. Once your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund as usual.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
